Book Memorials

Have you wondered how to honor the memory of loved ones who have passed away?  One way is through a church library Book Memorial.  What is a Book Memorial?  It is a book you choose, purchase, and donate to the church library in the name of a deceased loved one.  (An alternative method is to donate the cost of the book to the church library, with the preferred title and the name of the person to be memorialized; the library staff will then purchase the book and place it into circulation.) Typically, donors give a book which symbolizes or pertains to the interests of the one memorialized.  To find out more about Book Memorials, e-mail our librarian.
