Minister of Music & Worship
The Music/Worship Ministry seeks to exalt, praise, and glorify the name of Jesus through music and worship. Colossians 3:16 says, "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God."
There are many opportunities for you to use your gifts and talents such as choirs for children, youth, adults, and senior adults. Also available are orchestra, handbells, drama, and various other ensembles.
First Baptist offers three different styles of worship for Sunday morning services: 8:45 a.m. Traditional, 10:00 a.m. Contemporary, and 11:15 a.m. Blended.
